Nurturing skills and making great art all year long.

We’re passionate about supporting artists to create new work, enabling people to learn new skills and make incredible art that can be accessed by everyone.

Throughout the year, we also run an extensive programme of projects and work closely with other key arts and cultural organisations locally, regionally, nationally and internationally.

Our aim is to provide opportunities for artist development through new commissions; we're also passionate about the development of all industries and disciplines and giving students and local people the chance to participate in projects and learn new skills.
