FESTIVAL DIRECTOR

Freedom Festival Arts Trust is looking for a talented and ambitious Festival Director to help us refresh, develop and drive forward a year-round arts engagement programme, as well as commission and produce the annual Freedom Festival. It's an exciting opportunity to join the team behind the festival with a local, national and international reputation of excellence. Building upon nine successful years the Trustees are looking to recruit a passionate visionary to move our team towards a brand new chapter of success.

We're after an experienced individual capable of taking on the leadership role for our team, with a great understanding of the cultural sector, experience forming and sustaining strategic partnerships, and ability to programme and deliver large-scale events. The Festival Director would also be responsible for developing FFAT's business and financial strategy in line with the Trust's vision, mission and values, and reporting to our Board of Trustees.
