The Hull Street Scientists are hitting Freedom Festival to show off some of our favourite magic tricks.
But magic is science that you don’t understand yet. So they aren’t going to stop and just showing you the magic, they’ll reveal the hidden maths, science and psychology behind some amazing tricks (just don’t tell the Magic Circle!). Find them roaming the festival with their box of tricks.
Hull Street Scientists are an all year round off-shoot of the Humber Science Festival. We roam the streets with card tricks, optical illusions and mind-bending gadgets all used to explore some of the wonders of physics, psychology, maths and more.
Hunt them out at Freedom Festival and if you miss them come along to The Humber Science Festival later in September.
