Our Big Give Campaign has kicked off!
7 Days of fundraising begins today!
This month we’re taking part in the Big Give campaign, Arts for Impact, from 19th to 26th March, and we need your support more than ever. As part of this campaign, the amount you donate will be matched by the Big Give. This will double the donation we receive, and in turn, double the difference you can make. Since 2013 we have been an independent charitable trust relying on a mixture of private and public sector income. The FFAT team work tirelessly to fundraise, to design programs that are relevant to as many people as possible and to put Hull on the map as a cultural city. We work hard to remove barriers to accessing the arts that so many people face, bringing amazing theatre to the streets and public spaces of Hull, creating innovative participatory programs for children and young people to engage in arts and creativity, allowing them to make new friends, gain confidence in working in a group, empowering them to have their ideas and voices heard and creativity celebrated.
We need your help to continue to do what we do – in these unprecedented times it has never been more challenging to raise funds for the arts and particularly the work that we do to ensure that world-class cultural programs can be free-to-access and to enjoy. Public funds are harder to attract, private sector investment is also under pressure and the challenge of keeping so many of our programs free-to-access is more difficult.
