Festival programmes hot off the press 

An illustration by local artist Emily Welham has been commissioned by Freedom Festival Arts Trust for this year's programme. 

Emily is an illustrator based in Hull who enjoys exploring the silently absurd. Her work draws on her love of subtle interactions and abstract shapes. 

This year's Freedom Festival programme will be available to pick up this week from venues across Hull and the East Riding including Libraries, Tourist Information and The Pod.
