All you have secretly wished to see in a circus and never had the chance to! The best of the worst will finally happen here tonight! Quench your thirst of haemoglobin and be ready for great sensations. Come close to the stars! En piste mes artistes, death is awaiting!

Parasite Circus is a collective act of liberation. A desecration of common sense, a freedom cry against the daily burdens of life. Fairground theatre is back, and poetry invades the streets, with two Shakespearian buffoons, the magic of traditional circus, burlesque music and hideous puppets, which make the impossible possible.

The Parasite Circus brings on stage all the magic of old timey circus, covered by a thick coat of black humour. This show is not for the faint-hearted.

Jeremy Shine, Artistic director of the Mint Fest festival, Kendal (UK) “I see about 200 new shows every year and this was probably the best one of 2014 – original, funny and surprisingly moving with great performances and lots and lots of blood – who could ask for more!”

Critique Billet Réduc du 18 mai 2014, Cirque Electrique (Paris)The troupe of Basque actors offered an excellent, indescribable trash puppet show. A must see!”

Esther Falk, Figurenkombinat in Figura Festival 2014, Baden (CH) “We saw your piece at Figura and it left a lasting impression on me. Days later I still had souvenirs , it just didn't let go of me for a long time....your piece went into the subconscious, more like music, directly into my feelings… Thanks very much!"

The company was born in 2012, with the desire of creating theatre outside conventional places, to provoke a dialogue with its public, Têtes de Mules continuously invents her own burlesque humour, mixing different means of artistic expression, with a passion for small details and grotesque caricature.
