Rush

The large-scale, mass movement, dance spectacular, RUSH, involved 100 members of the Hull community working with Southpaw Dance Company and Novak. Experienced dancers and people who had never performed before came together for a rehearsal process and performance inspired by 21^st century mass protest.

RUSH examined the frustrations that move us to affect change, offering dance, music and the power of protest as a voice to express them - a voice firmly rooted in the cultural identity of Hull.
